FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of instrument making and may find application in systems of electric power protective cutoff generation. In order to achieve this result, controlling and measuring apparatus comprises wiring board (1), which is connected to power supply line (20), measuring group (2) and measuring device between power supply line and subscriber line. In device there is a protective fixture provided for prevention of fraudulent tampering with controlling and measuring apparatus, which comprises mechanical facility (30) and breaker (40) to generate activation signal in case of activation by means of mechanical facility. At the same time mechanical facility is arranged with the possibility to activate breaker, when mechanical facility is released from position of fixation to disconnect measuring group from wiring board. ^ EFFECT: expansion of functional resources. ^ 20 cl, 7 dwg |
