SILENCING MECHANISM FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND SILENCER

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silencing mechanism for an electronic device which deadens sound of the peak frequency of noise generated from the electronic device by providing a silencer which can set the sound to a frequency which can be deadened in accordance with the peak frequency of the noise and to provide the silencer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The silencing mechanism deadens sound generated by the electronic device 30. A chamber is formed by first and second members which are opposed to each other and is held in between. The capacity of the chamber can be varied by moving the first and second members in the direction of their opposition.
