<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bodily fluid collecting circuit board reducing the assemblies of components, miniaturizing the device, and improving the reliability in measurement; and a biosensor having the bodily fluid collecting circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The bodily fluid collecting circuit board 1A integrally comprises a first base board 6 with a puncture needle 9, a second base board 7 disposed separated from the first base board 6 with space on the upstream side of the direction of puncture of the puncture needle 9, a base insulating layer 3 laid on the first base board 6 and the second base board 7, an electrode 11, a terminal 12 and the wiring 13 electrically connecting the electrode 11 to the terminal 12.
