<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device of an opening/closing body for a vehicle which can preferably cope with a user who is apt to close the opening/closing body immediately after opening of the opening/closing body. <P>SOLUTION: The lock device 1 comprises a mounting member 90, a fork 11, a pole 12 and a switch-over means 50. The switch-over means 50 comprises a drive means 80 generating drive force by electric power, and a switch-over lever 51 which is normally positioned at an initial position, driven by the drive means 80 to swing to a predetermined angleα, and returned to the initial position when an opening switch 9b is operated. A quick returning mechanism 20 is provided between the switch-over lever 51 and the pole 12 to swing the pole 12 and release the swing of the fork 11 when the switch-over lever 51 swings to a predetermined angleα, and then to return the pole 12 to have the state that the swing of the fork 11 can be fixed and the return of the switch-over lever 51 may not be hindered by the pole 12 when the switch-over lever 51 returns to its initial position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
