The dewatering and grinding units are arranged in a common housing and include a grinding screw (5) and a pomace screw (6), which are coaxially aligned with each other, respectively. The screws are connected with each other over a square-cut driver (7) or are formed as a single piece. A perforated disk (8) is made of hardened steel and is arranged between the units.
