PURPOSE: An elastic pavement material and a construction method thereof are provided to improve coherence by coating a base layer through heating at 140-200°C. CONSTITUTION: An elastic pavement material comprises an elastic chip, a binder and rosin. The binder is heated at 140-200°C and is fused on a base layer. The binder binds the elastic chip with the base layer. The binder is formed of polypropylene 40-50%, EPDM 20-30 weight%, SBS 10-20 weight% and polyamide 10-20 weight%. |
