摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which is easily manufactured as compared with a conventional one. <P>SOLUTION: The SIDM device 1 includes: a piezoelectric element 2 that elongates and contracts with voltage application; a driving shaft 3 shifting in accordance with the elongation and contraction of the piezoelectric element 2; a base member 4 that supports the piezoelectric element so that the element 2 may elongate and contract; and a moving body 5 that is frictionally engaged with the driving shaft 3 and moves in the axial direction of the driving shaft 3. The moving body 5 includes: a moving body 50 coming in contact with the side faces 3a and 3b of the driving shaft 3 at the inner side face 52 of a groove part 51; and an energizing member 6 for energizing the driving shaft 3 toward the inner side face 52 of the groove part 51 along the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction. The energizing member 6 integrally includes: a leaf spring part 61 that is fixed to the outer side face 53 across the groove part 51 so as to energize the driving shaft 3 toward the inner side face 52 along the X-axis direction; a leaf spring part 62 disposed at the inside of the groove part 51 so as to energize the driving shaft 3 toward the inner side face 52 along the Y-axis direction; and a connection part 63 for connecting the leaf spring parts 61 and 62, and also, positioning the leaf spring part 62 with reference to the leaf spring part 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
