PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel whose surface is hardly scratched while causing no degradation of gas concentration-adjusting performance such as humidity conditioning performance and deodorizing performance in a room by the impediment of gas permeability between a base material and outside air due to a paint film. SOLUTION: The decorative panel 1 includes the base material 5 absorbing/desorbing gas G, and a paint layer 8 covering the surface of the base material 5.
