<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication relay device and a communication relay program that prevent leakage or falsification of information even in an environment that requires use of at least two communication ports. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When relaying communication between devices 2-1-2-n to be managed and a monitoring center 5, a relay device 1 uses at least two ports. The relay device closes a communication port for communication with the monitoring center 5 or with information processors 3-1-3-m, opens a communication port for the devices 2-1-2-n to be managed, acquires communication contents from the devices 2-1-2-n to be managed, opens a port for communication between the relay device and the monitoring center after closing the communication port for the devices 2-1-2-n to be managed, and transmits the acquired communication contents to the monitoring center 5.
