PURPOSE: An ultra-light sound-absorbing material and a manufacturing method including a nano fiber web are provided to selectively absorb specific frequency by combining main sound absorption factors. CONSTITUTION: An ultra-light sound-absorbing material and a manufacturing method including a nano fiber web are as follows. A hot air adhesive bonded non woven including average surface density includes the average surface density with 10~50 g/m. A composite film includes a first layer including the nano-fiber web and the first layer including the hot-air adhesive bonded non woven. The first layer with nano-fiber web is 0.9 ~ 10 mm.
