PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detach a tire bead from a wheel rim without damaging a tire, and to improve the efficiency of tire replacement work. SOLUTION: A bead roller 21 and a roller moving means 22 are provided at one end of a beam pressing arm 20 displaced in approaching and separating directions with respect to a rotation axis L1 of a turntable 4 and also in upward and downward directions. While lowering the bead pressing arm 20, the tire bead 26 is pressed by the bead roller 21, and further the bead roller 21 is displaced in the direction to approach the wheel rim 3 by the roller moving means 22. The tire bead 26 is thereby pushed into a wheel drop to separate the tire bead 26 from the wheel rim 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
