<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that overlapping of load currents (pulse currents) of right and left headlights makes a current change complex and increases harmonic wave component and noises, as the load currents of the right and left headlights flow concurrently in power supply lines of a load controller by which a plurality of loads are driven simultaneously like headlights for a vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The load controller 1 controls the switching of a plurality of semiconductor switching elements 6, 7 and controls electric power supply to loads 8, 9 corresponding to the semiconductor switching elements 6, 7 respectively. In this controller, gate driving means 4, 5 control the change rate of the load currents and suppress the noises by delaying turn-on delay time and turn-off delay time of the semiconductor switching element 6 by almost the same amount at the timing near the turn-on period and turn-off period of the semiconductor switching element 7.
