<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device capable of enhancing a durable life of a slide sheet, and allowing stable fixing processing, and an image forming device equipped with the fixing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This fixing device has a rotor, an endless belt laid over a plurality of rollers, and a pressing member slide-moving on an inner circumferential face of the endless belt, pressed onto the rotor via the endless belt, and forming a fixing nip, at least a sliding face with the endless belt is coated with the slide sheet having a plurality of protrusions, in the pressing member, and each protrusion is formed into an asymmetrical shape having an inclination angle in a belt center side smaller than an inclination angle in an end part side, in a belt width-directional cross-section.
