PURPOSE: A device for generating a partially opposite pole in two poles of a magnet and weakening a magnetic force partly is provided to minimize mutual operation of the magnetic force by the opposite pole generated in a cylindrical permanent magnet by removing the magnetic force in an inner cross section by heating the inner cross section of a central hole to a curie temperature. CONSTITUTION: A central line(1) passes through the center of an N pole and an S pole of a permanent(10). An outer peripheral central line is the center of the N pole and the S pole of the cylindrical permanent magnet and the central line. A center penetration line(3) passes through the central line at right angles to the inner side in the outer peripheral central line. The central line and the central penetration line forms a central hole(11) using the center penetration line.
