<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position a plurality of lenses with high precision and to improve productivity. <P>SOLUTION: An optical transmission module 1 includes a resin package body 5 in which a light emitting element 2 is sealed, and a sleeve 9. Further, the resin package body 5 is provided with a cylinder 6, and a first lens 7 is provided in the cylinder 6 at a position opposed to the light emitting element 2. At this time, the resin package body 5, cylinder 6, and first lens 7 are formed in one body. The sleeve 9 has a second lens 11 formed in one body, and is provided with a storage portion 12 storing the cylinder 6. In the state wherein the cylinder 6 is stored in the storage portion 12, a claw portion 14 of the sleeve 9 is engaged with a groove portion 8 of the resin package body 5 to fit the sleeve 9 to the resin package body 5 in a state wherein optical axes O1 and O2 of the first and second lenses 7 and 11 are aligned with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
