<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulk feeder can prevent rotation of an insertion rotor from being stopped by inserting two overlapped electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: A cutout section 14b2 having bottom and inner surfaces is formed at a corner section at the side of a supply passage C1 in the insertion rotor 14b of the bulk feeder. Clearance D1 between a boundary section P1 between the bottom and outer periphery surfaces of the cutout section 14b2 while a guide surface 14b1 is nearly parallel, and a surface (inner surface at the upper left side of a center plate 11) facing the boundary section P1 at the side of the supply passage C1 is set to be larger than a value one-time larger than the width and height of the electronic component EC and smaller than a value two-times larger than the width and height of the electronic component EC. Also, clearance D3 between a boundary section P3 between the bottom and inside surfaces of the cutout section 14b2 and the surface (inner surface at the upper left side of a center plate 11) facing the boundary section P3 at the side of the supply passage C1 is set to be larger than a value two-times larger than the width and height of the electronic component EC and smaller than a value three times larger than the width and height of the electronic component EC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
