<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control system generating a braking force as requested by a driver in the same way as a normal time, even if a brake booster fails. <P>SOLUTION: This brake control system is provided with: a first control device having a first brake operation amount detection device; and a second control device performing a different control from that of the first control device and having a second brake operation amount detection device. The second control device may be provided with: a master pressure acquiring part for acquiring master pressure; and a failure detecting part for detecting a failure of the first control device, based on the brake operation amount detected by the second brake operation amount detection device and the master pressure obtained by the master pressure acquiring part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
