<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use a power resource of a radio base station apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The radio base station apparatus measures each of distances to radio terminals by a distance measuring unit 11, calculates new transmission power of a common channel according to the maximum distance selected out of these distances by a transmission power control unit 12, and controls the transmission power of the common channel based on the new transmission power when it transmits data to a plurality of radio terminals using the common channel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
