<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load for encrypting/decrypting a message and to perform anonymous communication of the message without using the private key of another computer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The encryption processing section of a server (p), that transmits a message, encrypts the generated message using its own private key and then transmits the message to encryption processing sections of other servers at random. A server that receives the message, encrypts the received message using its own private key on the basis of the predetermined number of times of transfer and similarly transmits the message to the encryption processing sections of the other servers at random. When the number of times of transfer is exceeded, the encryption processing section of a server transmits the message to the decryption processing section of a server 1. The decryption processing section of the server 1 decrypts the message, when the received message has been encrypted by its own encryption key, and transfers it to a server 2.
