Those collectors of the plurality of collectors (34) that are adjacent and separated by a gap (33) are electrically interconnected by means of a connecting electrode (36). A second lead-out electrode (38) is provided on the second surface (12b) of the semiconductor substrate (12) and contacts at least one of the plurality of collectors (34) that are electrically interconnected by means of the connecting electrode (36).</p>
