摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SFG spectroscopic device and its measuring method by making single channel sum frequency spectroscopic method to have a high function and making wavelength of infrared light and visible light variable. <P>SOLUTION: The sum frequency generating spectroscopic device includes: a pulse laser light source; a long wavelength exciting light generator of wavelength variable for separating the output light and for wavelength converting a part of separation; a short wavelength exciting light generator of wavelength variable for wavelength converting the other part of separation; a first optical system for irradiating the sample with the long wavelength exciting light; a second optical system of irradiating the sample with short wavelength exciting light; a delay device; a third optical system for selecting sum frequency light from light from the sample; and an optical detector. The long wavelength excitation light generator sweeps the wavelength band region, and the short wavelength generator changes output wavelength for every sample. The first optical system, the second optical system and the delay device irradiate the sample so as to synchronously superpose spatially and timely. The third optical system inhibits the light other than the selected sum frequency light by making the sum frequency light incident on the light detector by adjusting the light path of the sum frequency light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
