PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a decorative product for electro poles through UV pattern transfer is provided to increase the intensity and adhesive force of a metal coating layer to improve the productivity and quality of the decorative product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a decorative product for electro poles through UV pattern transfer comprises the following steps of: preparing a mold with a concave portion for forming images and patterns; coating the top of the mold including the concave portion with UV-cured paint; placing a synthetic resin film(101) on the top of the mold; pressurizing the mold with a pressing roller; irradiating UV to the synthetic resin film in order to cure the UV-cured paint; obtaining a patterned film with a UV coating layer(102) thereon on the top of the synthetic resin film; forming a metal deposited layer(103) on the top or bottom of the patterned film; forming a trivalent chromium plated layer on the external of the metal deposited layer; and shearing the laminated layers with a press to obtain the decorative material. |
