PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new automatic quantitative analyzer of absorption photometry for accurately measuring the concentration of a microvolume concentration constituent in a sample, and measuring the concentration of microvolume constituents precisely and quickly (approximately 5-10 minutes). SOLUTION: The analyzer has a relationship, where the values of each element (n, m,θ) are indicated by expressions 1: n>m and expression 2: sinθ>m/n, when the refractive index of a solution layer, that of the wall material of a cell, and the incident angle of a light source to the cell are set to n, m, andθ, respectively. The analyzer adopts a system for feeding a solution layer into the cell continuously, and stops the travel of the solution layer, in the cell when measuring target constituents.
