The system (1) has a vaporizer element (1a) with a vaporization chamber (11) receiving fuel from a fuel supply line (2) by an inlet duct (10) and constituted by a low voltage ceramic or metallic preheating spark plug. A rapid electrical resistive heating element (12) is placed in the chamber and controlled by a control device for evaporating desired flow of the fuel in the chamber and for injecting the fuel in an outlet duct (13) by increasing pressure due to passing of the fuel into a gaseous phase. The outlet duct emerges from an outlet orifice in an exhaust line (3) of an engine. An independent claim is also included for an exhaust gas depollution system of a diesel type internal combustion engine.
