<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input/output apparatus reducing loads to a network and a server while recording information tracing a history of outputted image data, to an output job. <P>SOLUTION: The image input/output apparatus includes a job history transmission means for transmitting a job history to the server. When the job history is the job history of the output job, the job history transmission means transmits the job history of an input job associated with the job history of the output job to the server together with the job history of the output job. When the job history is the job history of the input job and image data input by the input job is not used by the other job, the job history transmission means does not transmit the job history of the input job to the server.
