<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily grippable and convenient image pickup device while reducing the number of components. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image pickup device is provided with an armored case having an opening at a grip section; a radio communication part; and a holding section installed in the armored case so that the opening can be closed for holding the radio communication section.
