<p>An inorganic solid phase composite powder, a master batch and the preparation method thereof, a fiber and the preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method for the fiber includes: mixing and melting the master batch comprising the inorganic solid phase composite powder and the high polymer carrier slice, spinning above mixture and cooling into a high speed spinning preoriented protofibril, oiling; making a draw textured yarn fiber using the oiled high speed spinning preoriented protofibril by inner drawing heating fake twisting method, oiling. The fiber made by above method includes the following components of weight percentage: the master batch 10-20% and the high polymer carrier slice 80-90%. The content of sliver in the fiber of present invention may be up to 3-10%. The fiber has high sterilizing rate, high UV radiation resistance, perdurable efficiency and is safe and nontoxic. The spinnability of the fiber is good and the criterions such as titer etc. of the fiber all meet state trade fiber first quality standard. Water absorption, gas permeability, dyeing uniformity and conductivity of the fiber are improved, thus improving drapability and comfort in wearing the fibric.</p> |
