<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning-over type sheet-like matter in which a sheet is not separated from a holder even though the sheet is turned over by supporting a plurality of sheets constituted by double-folding the plurality of sheet by the holder having two support plates. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the turning-over type sheet-like matter constituted by superimposing the plurality of sheets 1 constituted by double-folding the same and forming through-holes 3 in the centers of folding lines and interposing the holder 10 inside of the superimposed sheets 1, the holder 10 is constituted of a first support plate 12 and a second support plate 13 facing each other, convex portions 12b, 13b projecting upward through the through-holes 3 of the superimposed sheets 1 and shoulder fringe portions 14, 15 located in both right and left sides of the convex portions 12b, 13b and for mounting folding line 2 portions of the sheets are formed in the respective support plates.
