MEASURING METHOD FOR INFORMATING ON PIPE-LAYING IN EACH ROOM DURING BOILER TEST WORKING

PURPOSE: A piping information measurement method is provided to completely discharge air by opening and closing each flow metering valve one by one. CONSTITUTION: A piping information measurement method comprises followings. If a trial trip signal is input, a MICOM of a controller clears a room number needed to be check as '0'(S1). The whole flow metering valve connected with the lower part of the each room is closed. A circulating pump is driven(S3). The flow metering valve connected with the lower part of the each room is successively open. A flow rate value of every room is stored. The pipe length of every room is calculated by comparing flow rate value(S11). The trial trip is completed while the calculated pipe length of every pipe is being stored.
