PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body rear structure capable of enhancing the rigidity of a load input part from a rear suspension and suppressing deformation and vibration. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body rear structure provided with a rear bulk head 27 for partitioning a cabin and a trunk room, a rear sub-frame mount bracket 21 mounted with a rear sub-frame 31 for supporting a rear suspension and a rear parcel shelf member 17 laid between respective upper parts of right and left rear wheel houses 14 are directly connected by a rear bulk head gusset 18 are directly connected to each other.
