PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently eliminate a sheet-like body such as a plastic tile stuck to the surface of a concrete slab together with an adhesive layer part. SOLUTION: A container 41 opened in the lower face is pressed to the surface of the plastic tile or the like stuck onto the concrete surface through an adhesive layer. Insulating water is stored in the container 41, and a plurality of discharge electrodes 46 with positive electrodes and negative electrodes alternately arranged in a row are placed to abut on the plastic tile surface at predetermined spaces. High voltage pulses are applied to these discharge electrodes 46 and propagated into the adhesive layer or into the vicinity of the concrete surface. The plastic tile between the discharge electrodes 46 is thereby crushed, stripped and eliminated from the concrete slab surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
