PURPOSE: A verticality windmill for a wind power generation system with a wind secession blocking plate is provided to produce the fixed quantity of electricity regardless of the wind amount. CONSTITUTION: A verticality windmill for a wind power generation system comprises followings. A plurality of wind guide plates(12) has a blocking plate(11) and is formed in radial shape. A rotary shaft(13) is connected to a generator to produce the electric power. The electric power generated in the generator is transmitted to a generating chamber through a cable. The electric power of the generating chamber is transmitted to a place which needs the electric power with a generating step.
