The invention relates to a telescoping pull-out guide (10) for an insertable and retractable pull-out from a body of furniture, which comprises a fixed guide rail (12) that is directly or indirectly fixed to the furniture body by means of fastening elements (13, 14, 28, 29, 30, 31). The aim of the invention is to dispense with the use of connecting elements between the fastening elements (13, 14, 28, 29, 30, 31) and the guide rail (12).
