IMAGE DATA TRANSMITTER AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image of high image quality on a thin client side even for the image with many image blocks with a difference equal to or more than a prescribed difference.

SOLUTION: The image data transmitter includes: a difference detection means for detecting whether there is a difference of a prescribed amount or more between each of a plurality of blocks included in a first image frame and blocks which are included in a second image frame before the first image frame and provided at corresponding positions; a transmission means for transmitting the data of the block for which the detected result of the difference detection means is affirmative; and a pixel level change means for changing the level of at least one pixel of a certain block included in the first image frame so as to generate the difference of a prescribed amount or more between the certain block included in the first image frame and a block included in the second image frame and provided at a position corresponding to the certain block, before the first image frame is applied to detection by the difference detection means.
