PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine suspension structure for a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of easily fastening a suspension of an engine fitted with a belt conveyor cooling duct and not increasing the weight of an engine hanger. SOLUTION: The engine suspension structure for the saddle-riding type vehicle is provided with a main pipe 12 rearwardly downwardly extended from a head pipe 11 pivotally supporting a bar-handle 16 so as to be turnable; an internal combustion engine 50 mounted with a belt type continuously variable transmission 52 suspended on a rear part of the main pipe 12; and a cooling duct 43 connected to a continuously variable transmission storage part 57 of the internal combustion engine 50 and cooling a speed-change belt. A front side suspension part 90 for suspending the internal combustion engine 50 on the main pipe 12 is provided on an upper part of the internal combustion engine 50. The cooling duct 43 is arranged above the internal combustion engine 50 with a clearance 81 with the internal combustion engine 50. The front side suspension 90 of the internal combustion engine 50 is arranged behind a connection part with the continuously variable transmission storage part 57 of the cooling duct 43 and arranged at the clearance 81 in a side view.
