<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent registered information from being leaked, by disabling a new resident from browsing registered information of a former resident even if the former resident forgot to delete the registered information within a device by means of an initialization means, when switching residents. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A system 1 includes: a gas consumption hot-water supply system 8 including first and second communication interfaces; a management control device 3 including a first hot-water supply system interface for connecting to the first communication interface, a LAN interface for connecting to the Internet and an information input section for acquiring information about the consumption of electric power; an intra-house terminal 6 including a second hot-water supply system interface connected to the second communication interface so as to communicate a second communication protocol signal; an external terminal 5 communicably connected to the LAN interface over the LAN or the Internet 32; and an electric power consumption detector which detects the electric power consumption of power consumption devices and sends the detection result to the information input section as electric power consumption information.
