<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase available actual energy density of a capacitor power accumulating apparatus and also to utilize the power of the capacitor efficiently by charging it efficiently to a desired voltage at start of a carrier. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a carrying line 2, a plurality of stop positions 3 which are preset on the carrying line 2, a charging apparatus 4 which charges electricity at the stop position 3, and a carrier 1 which has the capacitor power accumulating apparatus 11 and is driven by the capacitor power accumulating apparatus 11, runs on the carrying line and stops in order at the plurality of stop positions 3 for carrying goods. The capacitor power accumulating apparatus 11 is charged with power to a first specified reference voltage from the charging apparatus 4 when the carrier 1 stops at the stop position 3, and when it starts, the apparatus is charged to a second reference voltage, so that the carrier 1 is driven by the capacitor power accumulating apparatus 11 to the next stop position 3 for charging.
