<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in the conventional bolted Langevin type transducer, air in the threaded hole 1a of a metal block 1 is compressed by a stud bolt 10, and the compressed air is jetted between an adhesive surface 1c and a vibrating plate 9, thereby forming an air layer on an adhesive surface of the adhesive surface 1c and the vibrating plate 9 to reduce adhesive strength. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the figure, 1 and 2 represent metal blocks, 3 and 4 represent piezoelectric transducers, 5 and 6 represent electrodes, 7 represents a joint bolt, and 8 represents a bolted Langevin type transducer. Such a configuration is the same as that of the convention one. In this embodiment, a center hole 7a is formed in the center of the joint bolt 7 in the axial direction of the joint bolt 7.
