<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a semiconductor integrated circuit device, having improved reception performance for FM broadcast. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes a clock generation unit 20 for generating a clock; signal processing units 22 and 23 and an FM receiving unit 24 formed on a semiconductor board; and a bus 25 for connecting the signal processing unit 22 and 23 and the FM receiving unit 24. The FM receiving unit 24 includes an RF unit 26 for performing frequency conversion of a received FM signal by using the clock as a base signal; and a canceler 53 which produces a replica of noise by using, as a reference signal; a signal obtained by performing frequency conversion of a signal in at least one of the signal processing units 22 and 23; and the bus 25 using the clock as a base signal and cancels noises superimposed on the FM signal.
