PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin roll casting machine capable of suppressing accumulation and growth of scum in the vicinity of a nozzle piece. SOLUTION: A wall face on cooling rolls 1 side of the nozzle piece 11 is formed so as to form a vertical face 12 above the liquid-gas boundary of a molten metal basin 8 formed between the cooling rolls 1, and is formed to have an inclined surface 13 along outer circumferential surfaces of the cooling rolls 1 in the axial direction of the cooling roll 1 below the vertical face and diagonally crosses the free surface of the molten metal basin 8. A part in the vicinity of the liquid-gas boundary of the molten metal basin 8 is occupied by the inclined surface 13 of the nozzle piece 11, and molten metal 5 has no space for stay in the molten metal basin 8.
