PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electric power source device capable of avoiding stoppage of idling stop control with a simple construction. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electric power source device 100 is the on-vehicle electric power source device equipped on a vehicle performing the idling stop control and has a lead battery 120 serving as a main electric power source, an auxiliary electric power source 130 supplying electric power to a vehicle load only during idling stop and a control means changing the electric power source for supplying electric power to the vehicle load from the lead battery 120 to the auxiliary electric power source 130 when the state of the lead battery 120 during the idling stop satisfies a given condition.
