ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT BOARD AND POWER LINE COMMUNICATION DEVICE USING THE SAME

Provided is a highly reliable electronic circuit board wherein propagation of noise is suppressed. A power line communication device using such electronic circuit board is also provided. The electronic circuit board is composed of a first substrate, which is connected to other electronic circuit board and has a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface, and a second substrate, which has a third surface and a fourth surface facing the third surface. The electronic circuit board is provided with a first circuit which is mounted on one end of the first surface and performs analog signal processing; a second circuit which is mounted on the other end of the first surface and performs digital signal processing; a bonding layer, which is arranged between the second surface and the third surface and bonds the first substrate and the second substrate to each other; a built-in electronic component integrated in the bonding layer; a connecting section which is mounted on the fourth surface and connected to the other electronic circuit board; and a first conductive path which electrically connects the second circuit and the connecting section. The connecting section is mounted at a position overlapping with a second circuit image projected on the fourth surface from the direction vertical to the first surface.
