An electrolyzation method is characterized by comprising an oxide coat formation step for forming an oxide coat on one surface of a band-like body and an electrolyzing step for applying a predetermined electrolyzation to the one surface of the band-like body having the other surface on which the oxide coat is formed in the oxide coat formation step. An electrolyzer comprises an oxide coat formation unit (11) for forming an oxide coat on the other surface of the band body and an electrolyzing unit (12) for applying the predetermined electrolyzation to the one surface of the band body having the other surface on which the oxide coat is formed by the oxide coat formation unit (11).
