PURPOSE: An apartment bicycle custody/management system is provided to prevent bicycles from being left for a long time due to a move or the damage. CONSTITUTION: An apartment bicycle custody/management system comprises wall-pad terminals(2) of each house, a bicycle custody/management terminal(8), a lock device part(4) and an apartment bicycle custody/management server(10). The wall-pad terminals receive information about the state of a kept bicycle through a home network from the apartment bicycle custody/management server. The bicycle custody/management terminal authenticates information about a person who keeps a bicycle by performing the real-time connection to the apartment bicycle custody/management server through a data communication network so that the custody of the bicycle and the release of a locking state can be performed.
