PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insect pest-repelling sheet which can repel insect pests to ensure sanitation and can prevent that a buffet or the like is directly contacted and damaged with tableware or the like. SOLUTION: In the insect pest-repelling sheet 10, a plurality of openings 13 having an opening area enabling the contact of a chemical agent-holding layer 11 with, for example, the legs or antennae of creeping insect pests are disposed in a surface layer member 12 disposed to cover the chemical agent-holding layer 11. Therefore, the insect pests such as cockroaches can enough be repelled. In addition, since the openings 13 are small, the insect pest-repelling sheet 10 can prevent the contact of tableware and the like put on the insect pest-repelling sheet with the chemical agent-holding layer 11, and can further prevent that the buffet or the like is directly contacted and damaged with the tableware or the like.
