<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire exhibiting excellent long-term preservation stability that is prevented from deterioration in workability in a factory and suppressed in changes in the vulcanization speed and the molecular weight of a natural rubber of a natural rubber-based unvulcanized rubber composition, particularly an unvulcanized rubber containing no vulcanizing chemicals, after preserved for a long period of term, and also to provide a tire using the same.
