ORGANOPOLYSILOXANE COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ROPE STRUCTURE WITH THE SAME

An organopolysiloxane composition is provided with which a rope structure having excellent fatigue properties can be produced. Also provided are: a rope structure obtained with the composition; and a process for producing the rope structure. The organopolysiloxane composition includes an organopolysiloxane represented by the following formula (I) and having an average degree of polymerization of 50,000-200,000. This organopolysiloxane composition is applied to liquid-crystal polymer filaments in the step of forming a rope structure from the liquid-crystal polymer filaments.
