<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect unauthorized access and tampering with a document data before registration in a server device. <P>SOLUTION: An image reading device scans an image of information described on a paper document for reading document data in S1. In S2, access information containing the date and time of reading and a user for reading is combined with document data as a set, and then transmitted to a document management server along with a request for registration. In S3, the document managing server determines whether to accept document registration depending on whether access information is received along with the document data received from the image reading device. If it is determined that the access information is already received and a user who reads the access information has access rights to an own document management server, the document data received from the image reading device as well as the access information is registered and stored in S4, and the document registration process is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
