PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an image quality and to reduce exposure by presenting an appropriate observation direction from the viewpoint of the image quality and the exposure to an operator. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model creation section 12 creates a three-dimensional model indicating the figure of a subject and the location of organs in the subject. Then, a marker position-specifying section 13 specifies the position of a marker in the created three-dimensional model as the position of the observation object, and an overlap determination section 14 determines whether the marker and an organ being obstructive for observing the marker are overlapped or not in the observation direction. When the marker and the obstructive organ are determined to be overlapped, an observation direction information output section 15 outputs observation direction information indicating another observation direction avoiding the overlap.
