<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for accurately machining a resin molding which have the merits of injection molding and cutting, and are high in productivity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device includes a fixed mold 18 and a movable mold 20 separably combined with each other to form a cavity 16 for injection-molding the resin molding 12 between contact surfaces, an injection machine 26 which is connected to the fixed mold 18 through a resin passage 22 and injects a resin 24 into the cavity 16, a cutting device 32 which cuts the resin molding 12 separated from the fixed mold 18 and held by the movable mold 20 with a cutting tool 30 to finish a product in a prescribed shape, and an ejection mechanism 34 for ejecting the product machined by the cutting device 32 from the movable mold 20. The dimensional accuracy of the finished product, the machining accuracy of cutting, the accuracy of controlling the relative position of the movable mold 20 in relation to the cutting tool 30, and the dimensional accuracy of the cavity 16 of the fixed mold 18 and the movable mold 20 are matched.
